Address Changes
Please check and double check your address is correct before you place your order. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors + company names where applicable. We suggest including a mobile phone number so we can contact you quickly if there are any problems.
We cannot make changes to orders once placed.
Labels are created automatically once the order is placed so we are unable to change these once manifested.
Dispatch
Our support team is based in Australia, so please note all orders will be shipped the same day that are made before 11am EST from Monday to Friday. Orders made after 11am, will be shipped the next working day. Customer support is on Melbourne, Australia time if you have reached out with an enquiry. These times may vary during peak season and sales periods.
Delivery & Order Costs
The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in GBP. If you are shopping from a country outside the UK, the currency conversion will provide an estimate to your local currency.
The conversion provided estimates the charge in your local currency, however you will be charged in GBP.
